I was on a team with 21 other moms from my old neighborhood and we were up against 154 other teams (most co-ed). None of us had ever “paddled” before -- we were complete novices. On our team were stay-at-home moms, professionals, and entrepreneurs…and a dear friend who is battling brain cancer.
